Plants for your climate zone
We research your soil type, climate, rainfall and aspect from your address. Every species in your plan is selected from Australian horticultural sources to thrive where you actually live.
Qualified horticulturalist
Every plan is reviewed and signed off by a Certified Horticulturalist (NZQA Level 3) with 10+ years of landscape practice. Built to your property, your climate zone, and your covenant.
Fixed pricing, clear timelines

What we don't do
We're upfront about scope. Planted Studio is a remote design service. We don't:
- Visit your site (the entire process is online)
- Supply plants or materials
- Install or maintain anything
- Certify DA approval, covenant compliance, bushfire engineering, or any regulated planning matter (for those, you need a local landscape architect, structural engineer, or town planner — happy to refer you)
- Specify retaining walls, drainage engineering, structural elements (we draw concept layouts but engineering is a separate scope)
What we do is deliver beautifully designed planting and concept plans that work for your property, your climate zone, and your budget — and that any landscaper or DIY builder can use directly.
Where we work
Australia-wide. Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, Cairns, the Sunshine Coast, Geelong, Newcastle, Wollongong, Toowoomba, regional acreage — anywhere the post code reaches. Our design tools are remote-first, so geography is not a constraint.

Most of our customers fall into one of four groups:
- New-build covenant buyers — you've settled on a house in a master-planned estate (Stockland, Mirvac, Villawood, Peet) and need a planting plan that meets the estate's design guidelines within the covenant deadline.
- First home buyers — you've stretched to buy and the landscape budget is tight. A $690 Plant Plan gets you a qualified design at the scope you actually need.
- Renovators — you want a cohesive outdoor design that works with your house, but you don't need (or want) someone walking your property to deliver it.
- Acreage and rural homeowners — remote-first design travels anywhere in Australia. A fixed-price plan for your block without a travel component.
